Phantasmagorical exhibit of masks, props and costumes created for or inspired by or as tribute to the Portsmouth Halloween Parade. This exhibit is open to ALL artists! Bring down your hangable masks, costumes, props etc. that YOU have created for past Halloween Parades and drop them off the last 2 weeks of September at the Pressroom. The Hangman will be waiting. Be a part of this month long art show and help fill the walls of the Pressroom with your most horrible and ghoulish creations!
